I used
high neck version- 1600 yds (4 -400yd balls)of aunt Lydia’s crochet thread double held (fingering weight) & a 2.5 mm hook
-tank version- 168 yds (2- 284yd balls) of baby bunny by big twist & a 2.5mm hook
Yarn size- fingering weight 1 to DK weight 3
This is my recommendation to achieve the same look as the ones I've made :) But since this pattern is made-to-measure, any size yarn can be used.
Yarn Material-(recommendations) bamboo,pima cotton(soft cotton), viscose yarn/ blends, superwash merino, merino wool- * inelastic yarns like crochet thread can be harder to put on*
2.5mm - 3.5mm hook
You can experiment with any size hook depending on the coverage/look you would like. The smaller your hook the smaller the stitches & the bigger the hook the bigger the stitches.
